Handle office practices using the workflow

Municipality of Tavagnacco - Department of Social Services

The Municipality of Tavagnacco choosed CMDBuild as a support tool for the management of office practices.

The aim was to handle practices and produce / store related documents.

Another feature was to activate an automatic control between the master data (managed in the office) and data stored in the registry of the municipality.

Activities

We provided the following services:

  • support for CMDBuild installation and configuration, including additional components
  • data model analysis and configuration
  • interface to synchronize data with main archive
  • implementation of a workflow to manage ISEE practices, nursery admissions, various economic contributions, requests for meals, home care questions
  • report configuration, both tabular type (questions lists, contributions lists, costs, etc.) and "mail merge" type (letters, certificates, various communications, pricing informations, costs, etc.)
  • training and support activities
  • maintenance service
