CMDBuild READY2USE is the vertical solution of CMDBuild for the IT Governance maintenance.

During the webinar Tecnoteca experts deepen the new features of the 2.3 version:

  • Additions and improvements to the Service Desk and Service Management Module:
    • Extension of SLA configurations for Request Fulfilment process;
    • Sending "in app" type push notifications in addition to email notifications;
    • Definition of a layout with only the relevant information to be shown for closed processes;

  • Additions and improvements of Custom Components:
    • Custom page for global search;
    • Context menu and widget to generate QR Codes for the CIs;

  • Additions and improvements to the Data Reconciliation Module:
    • Rewriting of the connector with Active Directory for personnel synchronization within the new Service Bus waterWAY;
    • Rewriting of the connector with VMware VCenter for virtual servers synchronization within the new Service Bus Waterway;
    • Rewriting of the connector with OCS Inventory for desktops and notebooks synchronization within the new Service Bus waterWAY;

  • Other improvements:
    • Control report "List of attachments" with the list of all the files loaded into the system for the class chosen as an input parameter;
    • Improvements to map views: info window;
    • Use of fields of the new types available from CMDBuild 3.4 (links, files, etc.);
    • Bug fixes.
