Mountain Community of Carnia (Italy)
Requirements
The Mountain Community of Carnia is a public institution that represents 28 municipalities in the north of Friuli Venezia Giulia
The Community promotes and supports the municipalities with several services (including IT services).
They choosed CMDBuild and Tecnoteca support to setup an asset management system to manage all the assets spread across the municiaplities.
The project also includes the activation of a ticketing process to collect and manage service requests of users served.
The flexibility of CMDBuild suggested further improvements in other areas (work in progress).
Activities
We provided the following services:
- virtual machine with all the required components
- data model analysis and configuration
- connector configuration to synchronize CMDBuild and OCS Inventory
- configuration of an Incident Management workflow involving other companies and including Liferay portlet (to create tickets)
- configuration of a workflow to manage licenses / contracts deadlines
- training and support
