Invitalia, the National Agency for investments promotion and enterprise developments, is mandated by the Government to increase the country's competitiveness by supporting innovation and growth of the productive system.
The Agency has identified CMDBuild as a system to manage their IT assets following ITIL best practices, installing and configuring the application using internal resources.
