Requirements
Movendo SPA is a company that provides internet-based services (ASP) to manage vehicles via satellite.
Movendo chose CMDBuild to setup a Service Desk for its customers (information requests, new services requests, malfunction alerts).
CMDBuild is also used to perform service administration activities and handle some other informations used in the web application (geolocation purpose).
Activities
We provided the following services:
- support for CMDBuild installation and configuration, including additional components
- data model analysis and configuration
- database views configuration using external postgres
- workflow to activate new vehicles and accounts
- configuration of a workflow to manage support tickets
